At the risk of starting to sound redundant, our boys are doing great! They are growing and thriving. Amy and I had some breakfast, then went to see them. They were smiling up a storm this morning, holy cow! I've never seen such happy babies!

They must be happy today because they're two weeks old! Happy 2-week birthday, boys! We couldn't be happier with their progress in the past two weeks. They have exceeded all expectations, given their early gestation. They have recently been starting to "nuzzle nurse" more and more, able to latch on at least 2-3 times per session. They still can't quite get the hang of breathing, sucking, and swallowing, but we are confident that this will develop in the days and weeks to come! The most cherished thing they're doing, I think though, is the smiles. Their smiles can light up the darkest of our days. When we get frustrated, sad, down, or blue - all they have to do is smile at us, and it all turns right around. 8)
